Howdy folks! Hope your summer is going well. We are gearing up for band camp here and hope you are as excited as we are. We are going to open up the High School Band Hall on June 27th and 28th from 10am to Noon and again from 1pm to 3pm for campers to come in and work on their audition materials for camp. You may come at anytime during those time slots as will fit your schedule. If you are one who uses a school owned instrument, we are hoping to have those back from the shop by then. If you own your own instrument, please bring it. We are looking forward to making your audition process go smoothly. If you need to schedule another time outside of that frame, please email or call me and we will see what we can arrange…no guaranties… 🙂
Attached is the current (subject to change) rooming list. There have been some changes to student requests because of some folks not turning in an application. If you notice that someone is not on the list, please call and ask them if they are planning on attending. If they still wish to come along, please have them email or call me ASAP. If your plans have changed and you will no longer be attending, please email or call me ASAP.
Please remember that the $340.00 camp fee is due to us on July 6th. Will will meet at the High School Band Hall at Noon that Saturday. We will also be doing a luggage inspection when you arrive. Parental help would be greatly appreciated. Don’t forget about meal money for the trip up and back and spending cash for the week for your child.
